It's weird how the anime is more like fanservice to the players instead of mad advertising to new players. I like to think the MC would be an underdog that runs an extremely budget Aggro Forest Deck and continually gets underestimated because of that. I expect some character in the anime will be doing roach math in his mind while the background is black and time has stopped. We just need a timeskip to a jaded and broken Hiro who concedes on T4 and we've got a perfectly accurate Shadowverse MC. Anyone who has ever played SV knows Luca let Hiro win the second he played Blood Pact, we've all experienced that pain.
